Tracey Jefferson is the owner of Hey S.I.S, Suffering in Silence Life Coaching Services, LLC, which was birthed from her first book Suffering in Silence. Born and raised in Southeast, Washington, DC., she is the youngest of seven siblings. Tracey attended Birney Elementary, Douglass Junior High, and graduated from Anacostia Sr. High in 1980. Professionally, was a customer service representative for an insurance company and may her way up the ladder to become a supervisor, and trainer.

In 1985,  she gave birth to Stephen, the love of her life, and credits him for everything positive she achieved.

Current, her life is full of new ventures, and she sustains her life with God, being in the Word, and exercising her mind, body, and soul.
